Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026
1. Acceptance
Welcome to ops-console (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Site Content
Content on the Site is provided "as is" for introducing the internal operations console and its build-in-public status. We strive for accuracy but make no express or implied warranties regarding completeness or timeliness.
3. Availability and Honest Status
As of the revision date, M8 local development is complete and every local verification is green (Vitest 40/40, astro check 0 errors, verify-batch1 29/0, notify OK, verify-batch2 21/0), but GATE-M8 has not passed. The workbench is not live: there is no 7-day live operation record, no real webhook URL, no production authentication, and no production deployment or real shop connection (the last depends on M6). Nothing on this Site constitutes a commitment to ship a specific feature or on a specific date.
4. Internal Tool
The workbench is an internal post-login application with no open registration and no merchant-facing surface. This Site is not a SaaS, offers no multi-tenancy, billing or payments, and grants no access to the workbench itself.
5. Illustrative Figures
Test counts, identifiers, status strings and the acceptance board shown on the Site are dated build snapshots used to document the engineering state. They are not real transactions and do not represent operational data.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site's copy, design and branding belong to the project team and may not be used commercially without permission. The software and its source code are governed by the license declared in the workbench's repository.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Site in ways that could harm or disrupt its operation or infringe on others' rights, including malicious scraping, injection attacks, or impersonation of the Site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use its content.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated; changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be raised via Issues on theworkbench's GitHub repository.
